Our goal this year is to raise $3,500 to serve those who are experiencing homelessness served by Austin Street.

• $3,000 provides juice, cups, and condiments every Saturday to accompany the sandwiches, hard-boiled eggs, and fruit that are provided by our church’s ASC volunteers.
• $500 provides pans, muffins, fruit, juice and cups for Christmas morning.
• Any overage would go toward purchasing underwear for the residents at Austin Street.

Coppell Cares confidentially helps families & individuals in our community who have short-term needs driven by significant financial challenges. This may be rent assistance to avoid eviction, assistance in their home for needed repairs or maintenance, help for students with urgent medical needs, supplies, clothing, etc. We uncover needs primarily through our school and community connections. We work with other organizations to provide longer-term solutions as needed.

We are feeding Austin Street a hot breakfast again this year on Christmas morning. Sign up to travel down and deliver the breakfast and Christmas joy on December 25. If you are interested in making casseroles for this event, pans with recipe and instructions will be handed out on December 13 after both services.

Do you remember the EXCITEMENT of getting a bike for Christmas!? Last year, our church donated over 350 kids’ bikes that went to low-income families in Coppell and surrounding communities. Every $130 donated provides a child with a bike and a helmet.

United Women in Faith (UWF) is providing mission opportunities and frozen soups for seniors in the Casa Feliz program at Wesley Rankin Community Center (WRCC) in West Dallas. WRCC serves about 65 participants, and our goal is to provide 70 low-sodium, low-fat soups packed with vegetables (vegan options are welcome). Please label each 32 oz container with ingredients and heating instructions, and place soups in the Ministry Center freezer between November 29 and December 14.
