| Project Transformation (PT) is a ministry of the United Methodist Church, which provides both after-school and summer programs in underserved communities. These programs focus on literacy as well as social-emotional and spiritual development. PT North Texas engages over 100 college-age young adults in ministry and service with over 1,000 underserved children and youth in 10 site churches located in low-income communities. FUMC Coppell supports this program by supporting one summer intern financially, providing 2 dinners for 100 interns during the summer, and providing volunteers to read one-on-one with the children at one of the site churches..
