Loving Hands Ministry

About Loving Hands

Loving HANDS Ministry offers Hope, Acceptance, iNclusion, Dignity, and Support for all families of young adults, youth, and children with special needs.

Our goal is to ensure each child feels loved and accepted. We will provide a buddy for children who may need a little extra help staying focused during a church activity. This also enables the rest of the family to participate in other activities that interest them. We offer this service free of charge, and families do not have to be members of the church to participate.

We have many wonderful, loving volunteers who are ready and willing to share God’s love with your children.

Loving Hands Respite

We would love to give parents with special needs kids some much deserved time to themselves. We offer a respite–a safe, fun, and free place to bring your special needs children (ages 1–16 ) and their siblings (up to age 10). We assign two volunteers to each child, and a registered nurse is present at each respite. All adult volunteers have completed Ministry Safe training and background checks.

Please note: pre-registration and reservations are required. Check out the events calendar for a listing of all respite dates and details.
