In-Depth Studies
Our Adult study groups at First United Methodist Church Coppell offers adults opportunities to grow in faith and discipleship-growing closer to God and others in the shared experiences of prayer, study, reflection and small-group discussion.
First United Methodist Church Coppell offers Disciple Bible Study classes for all who are interested. The classes run 32-34 weeks with a weekly meeting lasting two-hours.
Disciple I: Becoming Disciples Through Bible Study
This 34-week in-depth study of the Old and New Testaments emphasizes life application, faithful discipleship and transformation. This is the base course for all other long-term Disciple Bible Study, Christian Believer and Jesus in the Gospels courses.

Disciple IV: Under the Tree of Life
This 32-week study of the Old and New Testaments that focuses on worshipping and praising God, and how disciples of Jesus are called to respond to challenges in our world today. Disciple I is recommended before taking this study.

- Book Fee: $40.00

Christian Believer 
This 30-week study focuses on the basic teaching of the Christian faith and the connection between faithful believing and living.
- Begins September 8th, Wednesdays, 10:00 am-12:00 pm or 6:30 -8:30 pm in the Library
- Book Fee: $40.00
