Stewardship
We hope that this was a time of prayer and reflection for you and your family. A daily calendar that highlights our church ministries will be sent to each family. We hope that you took some time to read about these wonderful ministries and pray for their continued growth and also pray for our church families.
Over the next four Sundays we will focus on specific areas of our ministry in and through our church family:
- Gathering for Worship
- Growing in Grace
- Going to Serve
- Give Thanks
Learn about all the activities going on within our church family. It’s amazing what is accomplished within our congregation, but also “across the street, across the state and across the sea.”
We hope that you took this time to consider what the church has meant to you and your family. Have you had the opportunity to participate in a small group? Have you found comfort and strength? Have your children formed a network of friends through their participation in choir, Sunday School, Jumpin Jehoshaphats, Crazy Christians or Kids in Mission? Have your youth taken advantage of the chance to talk seriously about deeply important issues? Have you found a church home? Have you grown closer to God?
Think about how your pledges in the past have been extended to help so many, and please prayerfully consider all of the lives we can touch through our ministries in 2009.
